Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical & BI Senior Manager to manage and support enterprise SAP systems and Business Intelligence platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP BASIS, SAP PO, SAP BW/BPC, SAP HANA, Oracle Database, and SAP landscape management. This role also requires leadership experience in managing technical teams and delivering enterprise SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise SAP environments.
- Administer SAP BASIS across Development, QA, and Production systems.
- Support SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO).
- Perform SAP installations, upgrades, patches, and system migrations.
- Manage SAP HANA and Oracle databases.
- Support SAP BW and SAP BPC environments.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP solutions.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and backup processes.
- Lead and mentor SAP technical and BI teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and business stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration.
- Strong experience with SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO).
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and Oracle Database.
- Experience with SAP BW and SAP BPC.
- Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP Solution Manager, and Transport Management System (TMS).
- Experience in SAP system upgrades, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Good understanding of SAP security and disaster recovery.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP BASIS Certification.
- SAP PO Certification is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per month
