Sliceinn is hiring a Revenue & Distribution Lead to own and scale revenue performance across 25+ boutique guesthouses and villas.
This is a leadership + execution role for someone who understands:
- Dynamic pricing
- OTA ecosystems
- Data-driven decision making
You will be responsible for maximizing occupancy, improving pricing strategy, and building a high-performance booking engine across all channels.
What You’ll Own1. Revenue Strategy (Core Ownership)
- Define and execute pricing strategy across Airbnb, Booking.com, and MakeMyTrip
- Optimize ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR across properties
- Identify underperforming properties and fix revenue gaps
2. Distribution & Channel Optimization
- Own all booking channels (OTA + direct)
- Improve listing performance, ranking, and conversion rates
- Drive growth in direct bookings (Google Hotel Listings, website, WhatsApp funnels)
3. Systems & Automation
- Implement and manage pricing tools like PriceLabs or similar
- Set up channel managers / PMS integrations
- Build systems to reduce manual work and improve accuracy
4. Data & Performance Management
- Track and analyze:
- Occupancy
- ADR
- RevPAR
- Channel-wise performance
- Build dashboards and take data-backed decisions daily
5. Reservations Leadership
- Oversee enquiry handling and conversion performance
- Set response time and conversion benchmarks
- Improve booking funnel efficiency
6. Team & Process Ownership
- Build and lead the reservations/revenue function
- Define SOPs, workflows, and accountability metrics
- Hire and train team members as the function scales
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
