Business Development Officer (Affiliate Business)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹8 LPA

Qualification: MBA in Marketing (with strong affiliation/partnership marketing focus)
About the role
Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth in the Pune region through partnerships, lead generation, and consultative selling.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close B2B opportunities across assigned sectors and territory.
- Build and manage partner/affiliate networks; execute co-marketing and referral programs.
- Own the sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasts; report weekly performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, collateral, and events; gather market feedback.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in business development/sales with measurable targets achieved.
- MBA in Marketing; exposure to affiliation/partnership marketing preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willing to travel within Pune and nearby regions as needed.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
