Position: KG Teacher (Kindergarten Teacher)

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic KG Teacher to join our team at KVR Campus, Kandigai. The candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment that supports the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities as per the curriculum.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Develop children's communication, literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Conduct storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, and interactive learning activities.
- Monitor and assess student progress and maintain academic records.
- Encourage positive behavior and classroom discipline.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and training programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance learning outcomes.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, D.El.Ed., or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Experience
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in Kindergarten/Pre-Primary teaching is preferred.

Salary
As per industry standards and based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹10,121.13 - ₹39,582.65 per month
