Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support product development and project execution.
- Review customer specifications and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and orders.
- Prepare quotations, reports, MIS, and sales forecasts.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with design, production, and management teams for successful project execution.
- Support budgeting, planning, and achievement of sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- 2–9 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or project sales.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, electrical, electronics, connectors, components, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of ERP systems, MIS reporting, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
