We are seeking a skilled Commis I to support kitchen operations by preparing food items, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene practices.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items as per standard recipes
- Assist in daily kitchen operations and food production
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Monitor stock levels and inform the senior chef of requirements
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant culinary qualification preferred
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen practices
