Cafe Gujjubhai is a vibrant café that celebrates authentic flavors, exceptional hospitality, and memorable dining experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Cafe Manager who can lead our team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise café staff.
- Prepare employee schedules and manage attendance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Build strong relationships with regular customers.
- Maintain the café's welcoming atmosphere and service standards.
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Implement promotional campaigns and upselling strategies.
- Monitor customer trends and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with the management team to increase profitability.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely procurement.
- Minimize wastage and control food costs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all products.
Financial Management
- Manage daily cash handling and billing processes.
- Prepare sales reports and operational reports.
- Monitor expenses and maintain profitability.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of daily transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar hospitality role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and food safety practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office applications.
Pay: ₹13,255.75 - ₹25,000.00 per month
