Personal Assistant (PA) to Managing Director
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and confidential documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and business correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation.
- Assist in administrative and business coordination activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
