Green DNA India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer queries related to our organic products, including vegetables and other organic items.
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience; Freshers are welcome
- Any Graduation / Undergraduate can apply
- Good English communication skills are mandatory
- Knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is preferred
- B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., and Postgraduates are not eligible
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls regarding product replacements and general queries
- Provide prompt and professional customer support
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Less than 5 calls per day
