This role focuses on ensuring that SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Copilot are configured, governed, and adopted in a secure, scalable, and user ‑ friendly manner.
The role works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users to translate collaboration and content management needs into well ‑ structured Microsoft 365 solutions. A strong emphasis is placed on information architecture, governance, security, and user adoption, ensuring that data is accessible, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards.
This position acts as a bridge between technical platform management and business productivity, contributing directly to improved collaboration, knowledge sharing, and employee experience.
You will introduce, configure, and optimize collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Copilot.
You will administer and govern SharePoint Online and OneDrive, including site provisioning, storage management, permissions, and lifecycle policies.
You will design and implement SharePoint information architecture, including sites, libraries, metadata, and content management structures.
You will configure and manage Microsoft 365 governance policies, including retention, data lifecycle management, access controls, and external sharing.
You should have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, particularly SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft Copilot.
You should have experience administering OneDrive for Business, including sync behavior, sharing policies, and storage management.
You should have experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities, including Purview, retention policies, sensitivity labels, and DLP.
