Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Administration Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination. The candidate should also be flexible to provide CEO driving support whenever required (not a full-time driver role).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration and coordination
- Manage office maintenance, vendors, bills, and documentation
- Support travel arrangements and office logistics
- Maintain records and administrative reports
- Coordinate office events and employee support activities
- Provide driving support for CEO travel requirements when needed
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and timely availability
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic MS Office and documentation knowledge
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and presentable personality
- Valid driving license with safe driving practices
Educational Qualification

- Experience in administration or office coordination preferred
- Flexible, responsible, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
