Key Responsibilities:
- Assort polished diamonds according to company-defined quality standards.
- Grade diamonds based on cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in diamond assortment.
- Work closely with the quality control team to maintain high standards.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities in diamond grading.
- Maintain records and documentation related to assortment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in polished diamond assortment.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of diamond grading parameters.
- Skills: Attention to detail, accuracy, and good hand-eye coordination.
- Education: Certification in diamond grading (preferred but not mandatory).
- Location: Surat-based candidates preferred.
