About the Role We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator – MEP to manage and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing BIM models. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of MEP systems along with BIM coordination expertise. Key Responsibilities Develop and coordinate MEP BIM models (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) Perform clash detection and coordination with architectural and structural models Review MEP systems for routing feasibility, clearances, and installation requirements Extract shop drawings and detailed layouts from BIM models Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project specifications, and LOD requirements Participate in coordination meetings and track issue resolution Support model updates based on vendor/shop drawing inputs Key Requirements 8–10 years of experience in BIM with focus on MEP disciplines Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP. Experience in 4D Synchro. Experience in Navisworks for clash detection and coordination Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems Experience in construction-stage BIM coordination Strong coordination and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Experience in 4D coordination (basic knowledge) Familiarity with BIM 360 / ACC workflows Experience in GCC or international projects Compensation Salary will be finalized based on experience, skill level, and interview performance
Pay: ₹23,213.83 - ₹100,000.00 per month
