- Food Preparation: Do daily mise en place like chopping vegetables, slicing meats, and mixing sauces.
- Cooking Operations: Operate woks, steamers, fryers, and stoves using core Chinese methods like stir-frying, steaming, and braising.
- Kitchen Support: Assist the Chef de Partie during service, plate dishes correctly, and manage portion control.
- Cleanliness: Keep the work station clean, wash tools safely, and follow strict food hygiene rules.
- Stock Management: Check inventory levels and report low stock to senior staff.
