We are looking for an experienced and professional Deputy HR Manager with manufacturing industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle overall HR operations and administration
- Manage recruitment and manpower planning
- Handle statutory compliance, labour law compliance, ESI, PF, and gratuity processes
- Coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) activities and employee training programs
- Handle employee engagement and performance management
- Support payroll and attendance management
- Maintain HR reports and employee documentation
- Coordinate with departments and branch teams for HR requirements
Requirements
- 5–8 years of HR experience
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws
- Experience in recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D)
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
