Principal Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Regional Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve regional sales targets (primary and secondary sales).
- Monitor brand-wise growth and product mix as per strategy.
- Ensure business hygiene (returns, expiries, stock management).
- Implement market penetration and channel strategies in assigned regions.
2. Team Leadership & Field Force Management
- Lead and mentor Area/District Sales Managers and Field Officers.
- Conduct joint field work and coaching to improve field productivity.
- Ensure team adherence to call averages, MCR coverage, and KOL engagement.
3. Customer & KOL Development
- Build and sustain relationships with key doctors, KOLs, and accounts.
- Support execution of KOL and institutional strategies.
4. Marketing & Strategy Execution
- Implement corporate and regional marketing strategies in the field.
- Align promotional initiatives with sales execution and local market needs.
5. Reporting & Business Planning
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting via CRM/Phyzii.
- Conduct regional sales reviews and provide performance insights.
- Support VP in regional forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
