- Customers kadun pending payments follow-up karne (Call / Email / Field Visit)
- Payment reminders ani collection schedule maintain karne
- Daily collection report prepare karne
- Outstanding accounts track karne ani aging report handle karne
- Disputes resolve karne (billing / payment issues)
