Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients at home as per doctor’s advice
Monitor vital signs and patient health status
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and wound care
Collect blood samples safely using proper phlebotomy techniques
Perform ECG tests and ensure accurate recordings
Label, store, and transport samples as per protocol
Maintain patient records, reports, and documentation
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and health care
Follow infection control and safety guidelines
Coordinate with doctors, labs, and hospitals when required
