This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in the Greater Kolkata area. The Caller will be responsible for initiating and managing outreach calls, scheduling appointments, providing information about mental health services, and maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions. The role may also involve coordinating with counselors and clients, addressing initial inquiries, and ensuring a high level of client engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and local languages
- Must have a laptop
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with empathy and professionalism
- Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting, is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work within a team and handle multiple clients or tasks concurrently
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
