Job Description
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in end-to-end recruitment
Location: Indore (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Handle bulk and lateral hiring
- Conduct screening and initial interviews
- Manage job portals, LinkedIn sourcing & employee referrals
- Maintain recruitment MIS and reports
- Ensure smooth candidate experience
Required Skills:
- Strong sourcing & headhunting skills
- Experience in IT
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to close positions within defined TAT

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
