Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to support revenue growth through client acquisition, partnerships, and sponsorship sales. The role involves working closely with pharma brands, agencies, and industry stakeholders to promote Pharma Now’s digital, editorial, and event offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the pharma and healthcare ecosystem
- Reach out to potential clients for advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships
- Assist in closing deals for digital campaigns, sponsored content, and events & webinars.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads
- Support senior team members in proposal creation and client presentations
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and deal status
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing/content) for campaign execution
- Stay updated with pharma industry trends and client needs
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Servicing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Interest in pharma, healthcare, or B2B media industry
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, advertising, or sponsorship sales
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Experience in media sales, event sales, or digital marketing
- Exposure to B2B sales or pharma industry
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation tools

Pay: ₹20,000.60 - ₹25,000.78 per month
