Looking for experienced IT Tech Expert(L3) professionals with strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle critical L3 technical escalations
- Lead infrastructure and support projects
- Mentor L1/L2 teams and drive operational excellence
- Perform root cause analysis and preventive actions
- Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance

- LAN / WAN / WIFI
- WAN Network Infrastructure & Protocols
- Network Infrastructure Management
- Routing & Switching
- Firewalls, VPN, QoS
- Windows Server Administration
- Cloud Technologies
- System Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Infrastructure Support & Optimization
