Job Title: PCB Soldering Operator
Work Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Job Summary:
We are hiring PCB Soldering Operators for electronic assembly work in a clean, safe, and well-organized manufacturing environment. This role involves precision-based soldering and assembly of electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs). Women candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manual soldering of electronic components on PCB boards
- Assembly of small electronic parts as per instructions and technical drawings
- Inspection of solder joints to ensure quality and accuracy
- Identifying and correcting defects such as dry soldering, bridging, or misalignment
- Using soldering tools, magnifiers, and basic testing equipment
- Maintaining production quality standards
- Keeping workstation clean and organized
- Following safety procedures and work instructions
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 11th or 12th pass
- Basic understanding of electronics or willingness to learn
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to perform precision-based and repetitive tasks
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided
- ITI / Diploma in Electronics is preferred but not mandatory
Work Environment & Criteria:
- Work mode: In-person / On-site work only (factory-based role)
- Clean, safe, and structured electronics manufacturing facility
- Team-based work with proper supervision
- Supportive training provided for freshers
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
