Job Summary
A confidential educational institution is seeking an experienced Head of Department – BBA to lead the Business Administration department. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing academic operations, faculty development, curriculum implementation, student success initiatives, quality assurance, and industry collaboration while ensuring compliance with applicable academic and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- First Class in MBA, PGDM, or an equivalent qualification.
- Qualifications should comply with applicable university and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills
- Academic leadership and team management.
- Knowledge of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), NEP 2020, CBCS, and accreditation processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in curriculum development and academic administration.
- Industry collaboration and institutional relationship management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or similar academic management software.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
