Position: MEP BIM Modeler
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Location: Kazhakkoottam, Kerala
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) BIM modeling and coordination using Autodesk Revit and related BIM workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage accurate MEP BIM models for projects
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and multidisciplinary teams
- Prepare shop drawings and model-based deliverables
- Ensure project standards, quality, and timelines are maintained
- Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings
- Update and maintain project documentation as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams effectively
- Experience in LOD-based project delivery is an added advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
