Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Manager (Safety) to join our dedicated team at our office in Vikhroli, Mumbai.
Position Responsibilities

Ensure IPS remains at the forefront of new concepts in HSE with respect to technology for construction safety management, process safety, and employee wellness.

Interact with clients to ensure the best class programs are implemented as part of the overall IPS HSE offerings.

Guide management to minimize risk associated with existing or new health & safety services.

Promote a comprehensive program that prioritizes wellness across all key initiatives.

Effectively leverage protocols for incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action, promoting a proactive approach to health and safety risk management.

Design and implement a comprehensive health and safety risk assessment program across project sites, identifying potential non-compliance actions, hazards, and implementing effective control measures to mitigate risks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 15-20 years of HSE experience.

Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Ability to travel and work effectively with diverse groups.
