Job Description

Execution of comprehensive feasibility studies and Highest and Best Use (HBU) analyses to determine the most profitable and sustainable development paths for diverse real estate assets.

Conduct rigorous market assessments by synthesizing macroeconomic trends, supply demand dynamics, and competitive benchmarking to provide clients with a clear view of market opportunities.

Develop complex financial models to evaluate project viability, sensitivity analysis, and investment returns, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and risk mitigation.

Manage client relationships throughout the consulting lifecycle, presenting findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key decisionmakers.

Collaborate with internal research and valuation teams to integrate proprietary data into advisory reports, maintaining the high quality and credibility of Colliers’ deliverables.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on analytical techniques, report structuring, and professional communication standards.
Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in real estate consulting, with a strong command of market assessment methodologies and urban land economics.

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, including the ability to build and audit cash flow models, IRR calculations, and NPV analysis for various asset classes.

Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into concise, executive level presentations and reports that influence strategic business decisions.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and communicate effectively with senior management.

A minimum of 4 to 8 years of professional experience in real estate advisory, consulting, or investment analysis.

A postgraduate degree in Management, Finance, or Urban Planning is highly preferred.
