Job Description – Data Entry Operator Role
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining patient consultation, treatment, and procedure-related data in the clinic software and reports. The role ensures that all clinical and operational data is recorded correctly for effective patient tracking, management reporting, and business analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Patient & Treatment Data Entry
- Enter patient consultation details into the clinic software.
- Update doctor-suggested treatments and recommendations.
- Record all procedures performed during patient visits.
- Maintain accurate treatment history for every patient.
- Update package purchases and package utilization details.
Procedure Tracking
- Record completed, pending, and upcoming procedures.
- Update session-wise treatment records.
- Ensure procedures performed match the treatment sheets and billing records.
- Track conversion of suggested treatments into completed procedures.
MIS & Reporting
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly treatment reports.
- Update procedure-wise, doctor-wise, and patient-wise reports.
- Assist in preparing management dashboards and analysis reports.
- Generate reports related to treatment acceptance, conversion, and follow-up requirements.
Data Quality & Verification
- Verify patient IDs and treatment details before data entry.
- Identify and correct duplicate or incorrect records.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all systems.
- Conduct regular audits of treatment and procedure data.
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain digital records of consultation sheets and treatment forms.
- Organize and update patient-related documents systematically.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of clinic software and data management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain 99%+ data accuracy.
- Complete all daily entries within the defined timeline.
- Ensure no pending treatment or procedure entries.
- Timely submission of MIS reports.
- Minimize duplicate and incorrect records.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
