Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
- Maintain company records, project documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and office events.
- Handle vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and facility management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and official communications.
- Maintain employee attendance records and support HR-related administrative activities.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of engineering project records and client communications.
- Assist management with MIS reports and operational documentation
Business Development Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, government departments, contractors, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Track tenders, EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs from government and private sector portals.
- Coordinate preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients, ongoing projects, and business leads.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Support client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Assist in preparing capability statements, company profiles, prequalification documents, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with technical teams for project information required in bids and proposals.
- Document Preparation for Tender Purpose & Search CVs of Key Personnel on government Portals.
Pay: ₹15,176.09 - ₹30,000.00 per month
