Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Finance & RERA to oversee project finance, banking relationships, RERA compliance, and financial reporting for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in real estate finance, project funding, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project finance activities, including financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and fund utilization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and lending partners.
- Coordinate project financing, loan documentation, disbursements, and compliance with lending conditions.
- Ensure complete compliance with RERA regulations, filings, quarterly updates, and statutory reporting.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, legal teams, and auditors regarding RERA matters.
- Monitor project financial performance and prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Projects, Sales, CRM, Legal, and Accounts to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and financial due diligence.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability while identifying opportunities for financial optimization.
- Assist senior management in financial planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.
Desired Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 10–12 years of experience in Finance within the Real Estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of Project Finance, Banking Relations, RERA compliance, and Real Estate Financial Management.
- Experience in coordinating with banks and financial institutions for project funding.
- Thorough understanding of RERA regulations and compliance procedures.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and MIS reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial reporting tools, and ERP systems.
