RLT Edzaro is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Java Trainer to deliver practical and industry-oriented training to students and aspiring IT professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Java programming, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions on Java Programming.
- Teach Java fundamentals, Core Java, and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Train students on data structures, collections, exception handling, multithreading, and file handling.
- Provide live coding demonstrations, practical exercises, assignments, and projects.
- Guide students in developing real-time and mini-projects using Java.
- Train students on database connectivity using JDBC and SQL.
- Provide training on JSP, Servlets, and Advanced Java is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot is preferred.
- Conduct regular assessments, coding tests, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
- Help students troubleshoot programming errors and improve their problem-solving skills.
- Mentor students and prepare them for technical interviews and placement opportunities.
- Conduct mock interviews and coding practice sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and student progress reports.
- Keep training content updated according to current industry requirements.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Core Java and Advanced Java.
- Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Strong knowledge of Exception Handling, Collections, Multithreading, and File Handling.
- Knowledge of JDBC and SQL/MySQL.
- Knowledge of JSP and Servlets is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot and Hibernate is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub is an added advantage.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Java Developer or Java Trainer.
- Prior experience in an IT training institute or educational environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex programming concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Work Location: In person
