Responsible to support the business to generate maximum yield within the risk appetite and client selection criteria of the Business Ensuring the customers’ needs and requirements are addressed / met to gain maximum wallet share of business in a timely manner by assessing the risk, pricing of the risk, documentation and accurate collection of fees and interest.

Maintaining Credit files with updated information
- Maintain in-house discipline towards filing, DDR and covenant monitoring, regularization of excesses or one-offs and follow ups for regularization of all deferral and waivers.
Customer Service
Ensure top class customer service by coordinating with Coverage, GCD and CRAD to resolve queries and process requests in a timely manner.
