Key Job Responsibilities
- Sales Generation & Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through cold calling to final closure of deals.
- Technical Consulting & Demonstration: Conduct field demonstrations and presentations at customer sites to showcase equipment capabilities (e.g., demonstrating attachment efficiency).
- Customer Relationship Management: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate machinery configurations and attachment solutions.
- Quotations & Tenders: Assist to prepare technical and commercial documentation, including competitive bids, tenders, and proposals.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a thorough understanding of Bobcat products, attachments, and competitive benchmarking (analyzing rival machinery).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering.
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret customer technical requirements and understand hydraulic applications.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a "go-getter" attitude.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license for frequent field visits and client site demonstrations.
Typical Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: Dependent on experience, with positions ranging from ₹2.4 to ₹8.4 Lakhs P.A. (India).
