BEXO.AI is seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (International) to expand our global client base. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international sales, lead generation, and client relationship management, with the ability to drive revenue growth in global markets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new international business opportunities
Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding portals
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies
Conduct market research to identify new markets and trends
Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in international business development or sales
Strong understanding of IT services and digital solutions
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Hands-on experience with bidding portals and lead generation tools
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT/Software services industry
Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Exposure to international markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
