We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the steel, cement, or paints industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and retail customers, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and builders.
- Promote and sell steel, cement, paints, or related construction products.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and gather information on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–5+ years of sales experience in steel, cement, paints, construction materials, or building products.
- Strong network with dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
