About the Role
UCI Suzuki is looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to manage store-level sales, customer handling, lead generation, and local marketing activities for two-wheelers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the two-wheeler or automobile industry and should be able to drive showroom sales, manage walk-in customers, and support business growth in the Raiganj market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom sales operations and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Handle walk-in customers, explain vehicle features, pricing, offers, finance options, and delivery process.
- Generate leads through local marketing, field activities, customer referrals, campaigns, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, service, and back-office teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Track enquiries, test rides, bookings, conversions, and delivery status.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback in the local area.
- Guide and motivate the sales team to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in two-wheelers or automobile sales.
- Strong knowledge of showroom sales, lead management, customer handling, and local market development.
- Good communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage day-to-day store operations.
- Understanding of vehicle finance, insurance, documentation, and delivery coordination will be preferred.
- Comfortable with local marketing activities and field-level customer engagement.
