Job Summary:
The Pest Control Operation Executive is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing pest control services at customer sites. The role includes managing technicians, ensuring service quality, handling customer complaints, and maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan daily service schedules for pest control technicians.
- Supervise pest control operations at customer locations.
- Ensure proper use of chemicals and equipment as per company standards.
- Conduct site inspections and recommend suitable pest treatment solutions.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Train and guide technicians on service procedures and safety practices.
- Maintain service reports and documentation.
- Monitor stock of chemicals, tools, and consumables.
- Ensure all safety and statutory compliance requirements are followed.
- Coordinate with sales team for new service requirements.
- Improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
