Key Responsibilities
- Technical SEO: Perform regular site audits to identify and fix crawlability, indexability, and site speed issues.
- Content Strategy & Optimization: Develop and implement "answer-first" content strategies. Optimize existing pages for high-intent keywords and structured content to satisfy both users and AI search crawlers.
- Entity Building: Implement and manage JSON-LD structured data (Schema) to clearly define our organization, founders, services, and relationships with other entities.
- Authority Building: Execute off-page SEO strategies, including securing high-quality backlinks and digital PR placements in reputable niche publications to increase domain trust.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like Ahrefs/Semrush.
- AI Search Optimization: Stay updated on emerging trends in "Answer Engine Optimization" (AEO) and ensure our brand is featured as a cited source in AI-generated responses.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a startup or fast-paced digital agency environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and how search engine crawlers interact with website architecture.
- Content Expertise: Proven ability to create or edit high-quality, long-form content that answers user intent thoroughly.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies based on performance.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to look beyond basic keyword ranking and focus on building "Brand Authority" and "Entity Presence"
