BMW KUN Exclusive is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the organization's accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial planning and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting records and maintain financial controls.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team.
- Liaise with banks, vendors, and government authorities as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); CA/ICWA/M.Com preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and lead a team effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in dealership accounting will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
