Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing sales team. The role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable with high-volume cold calling, engaging prospective customers, understanding their career goals, and converting them into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Make 80-120 cold calls daily to engage prospective learners and generate sales opportunities.
Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and provide personalized course recommendations.
Conduct counselling sessions and explain Crio.Do's programs, value proposition, and career outcomes.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful enrollment.
Consistently follow up with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing learners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless learner experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and Crio.Do's product offerings.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Telecalling, B2C Sales, or EdTech Sales.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a willingness to build a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
