The role involves driving and growing financing business under the Purchase of Receivables (POR) segment, catering to large corporates & MNC through business partners/assignors.

Key responsibilities include direct engagement and relationship management with business partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end accountability.

The candidate should have strong experience in sales and business development, particularly within mid-to-large corporates and MNCs in India.

Responsibilities will include sourcing new leads and opportunities through existing partners, as well as onboarding and developing new business partners and vendors.

Required Skill Set & Expertise:

Strong understanding of core financing business, including commercial financing and corporate banking

Knowledge of financing solutions such as loans, structured payment mechanisms, and similar instruments

Ability to analyze financial statements and interpret financial reports effectively

Proficiency in MS Excel and strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ownership in managing the complete transaction lifecycle, including documentation from origination through sanction, booking, and post-disbursement

The candidate should be self-driven, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The role will be based in Mumbai and will focus on managing and expanding business partners and vendors under the receivables financing model.

Ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in financial services; an MBA in Finance is preferred.
