Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, personal files, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Manage attendance, leave, late coming, and employee working hours.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary revisions, deductions, advances, and Full & Final settlements.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR-related concerns.
- Coordinate performance reviews, confirmations, increments, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain updated employee databases.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain proper exit documentation.
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and facility operations.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, repairs, pest control, and other office services.
- Monitor office supplies, stationery, pantry items, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building/coworking management.
- Handle office maintenance issues such as AC, electrical, internet, furniture, appliances, etc.
- Maintain records of vendor bills, quotations, purchase requests, and administrative expenses.
- Ensure proper workplace discipline, cleanliness, safety, and smooth office functioning.
- Coordinate office events, celebrations, meetings, and employee activities.
- Manage access control, biometric attendance, parking, and other office facilities.
- Support management with administrative reports, approvals, and day-to-day requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of HR policies and basic labour laws.
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to coordinate with employees, management, vendors, and service providers.
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach.
Experience
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Experience in handling both HR operations and office administration will be preferred.

- Timely completion of recruitment and onboarding.
- Accurate attendance, payroll inputs, and employee records.
- Timely completion of F&F and exit formalities.
- Effective employee grievance handling.
- Smooth day-to-day office operations.

- Employee satisfaction and workplace discipline.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
