Position: Senior MIS Specialist -(Ecommerce Team)
Location: Udyog Vihar Phase-1, Gurugram
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience. (1 years mandatory E-commerce experience)
- Must know advanced excel like index match, Sumif, countif, pivot, index match, vlookup, etc and should have hands on experience.
Role: Collecting, managing & sharing the end-to-end reports within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and share MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) for management review.
- Consolidate and analyze data from marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, and Zepto.
- Generate insights, dashboards, and automated reports to support business decisions.
- Create and maintain automated dashboards, MIS reports, and reporting systems to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams for data collection, reporting, and analysis.
- Monitor key metrics including sales, returns, ad spends, ROAS, ACOS, and inventory.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, audits, and structured data management.
- Support Key Account Managers with performance analysis and business reviews.
- Conduct demand forecasting and inventory planning to minimize stock outs and overstocking.
- Track marketplace trends and identify growth opportunities through data analysis.
- Streamline reporting processes through automation, improving turnaround time and data accessibility.
