Experience (minimum 01 years experience)
- Handling calls, Check in , Check outs,
- Handling all reservation inquiries whilst maintaining a good relationship with travel agents and customers.
- Manage and maintain accurate information in the reservation system.
- Ensuring guest requirements are met by liaising with hotel teams.
- Ensuring an efficient and professional service on all guest communication channels.
- Actively sell hotel facilities and promotions with a positive up-selling approach.
- Updating reservations reports and system with accurate information.
- Previous hotel / group reservation experience will be a definitive advantage.
- Sound knowledge on hotel reservation systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
