We are looking for an experienced Senior E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing e-commerce operations, driving revenue growth, optimizing customer experience, and overseeing marketplace and website performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies.
- Manage online marketplaces and the company website.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, pricing, and product listings.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to improve performance.
- Oversee order fulfillment, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management.
- Strong knowledge of marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Shopify.
- Experience in digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
