Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Associate who understands sales and can generate, manage, and convert leads. The role involves working with resellers, handling walk-in clients, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential resellers
- Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets
- Reactivate old or inactive clients
- Onboard new resellers to the company
- Handle walk-in resellers, show product samples, and close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, production, etc.) for smooth order processing
- Maintain sales data and reports using Excel
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good at convincing and closing deals
- Basic to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Comfortable using presentations and AI tools
- Able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with teams
- Positive attitude and adaptable nature
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
