WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- School Partnerships -Build and own a national pipeline of target schools — activate your existing network of 1,000+ school contacts from Day 1. Conduct in-person visits to principals, academic heads, and management trustees across India.
- Present Young Writers live — platform, LMS, student features, teacher dashboard, parent portal — in every meeting. Own the full partnership cycle from cold outreach to signed agreement.
- Student & School Onboarding Post-closure: ensure 100% student registration at every partner school. Every child gets activated.
- Run teacher LMS training workshops and parent awareness sessions at each partner school.
- Contest Engine Plan and execute writing contests, creative challenges, and school-level competitions throughout the year.
- Drive participation at scale — contest design, school mobilisation, announcements, and prize fulfilment.
- Build YW's contest calendar into a flagship annual programme that schools plan around.
- Team & Operations Hire, train, and manage a growing field team as YW scales across states.
- Own CRM discipline — every school tracked, every follow-up logged, no warm lead goes cold. Report to Founder on pipeline status, agreements signed, and students activated.
- Represent YW at school expos, teacher conferences, and EdTech summits across India.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- A Network: Minimum 1,000 school contacts you can activate immediately. This is non-negotiable.
- EdTech Track Record: 3+ years in school or institutional sales, LMS, school ERP, or educational SaaS — with numbers you can prove.
- Closures on Record: You must be able to say — and demonstrate — how many schools you have closed in prior roles.
- Live Demo Confidence: You walk into a principal's office, open a device, and run a live unscripted demo without hesitation.
- Pan-India Comfort: Travel is the job. Hyderabad is base. India is the territory.
- Languages: Excellent spoken English. Hindi and Telugu are strong advantages.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
