About the Role
BharatCares is looking for a Sr. Project Associate to support the implementation of youth skilling and livelihoods programs at the grassroots level. This role focuses on community mobilization, candidate engagement, and on-ground execution to ensure successful program delivery and impact.
Key Responsibilities1. Community Mobilization & Outreach
● Mobilize and engage youth candidates from target communities
● Conduct awareness drives, field visits, and outreach activities
● Build strong relationships with local communities, influencers, and stakeholders
● Ensure enrollment targets are achieved and sustained
2. Program Implementation
● Assist in the design, execution, and monitoring of skilling and livelihoods programs
● Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with objectives
● Coordinate with beneficiaries, trainers, and partners for smooth implementation
3. Training & Capacity Building
● Support/assist in conducting training sessions, orientations, and workshops
● Help in developing and organizing training materials and sessions
● Ensure participant engagement and learning outcomes
4. Data Management & Reporting
● Maintain accurate records of enrollments, attendance, and program activities
● Prepare MIS reports, field updates, and progress reports
● Track follow-ups with candidates and ensure retention and completion
5. Stakeholder Engagement
● Coordinate with local government bodies, NGOs, and community leaders
● Represent BharatCares in local meetings, events, and field interactions
● Support in building a strong local ecosystem for program success
6. Travel & Field Work
● Travel within the region for mobilization, monitoring, and coordination
● Ensure consistent on-ground presence and engagement
Eligibility Criteria
● Graduate preferred (any stream)
● Prior experience in community mobilization, skilling, or youth-focused projects
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work in rural and field-based environments
Skills & Competencies
● Target-driven and result-oriented approach
● Strong people engagement and relationship-building skills
● Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation (MS Excel)
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and field coordination

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
