Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests entering the venue
- Handle table reservations and guest coordination
- Manage waiting lists and seating flow during peak hours
- Coordinate with floor staff and management for smooth guest experience
- Answer customer queries regarding events, offers, and reservations
- Maintain professional communication on calls and WhatsApp
- Assist in guest relationship management and repeat customer engagement
- Ensure front desk and entrance area remain organized and presentable
- Support event nights and special promotions when required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
