- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer processing.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct orientation for new hires, manage necessary paperwork, and facilitate exit interviews.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries and grievances, mediating conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate payroll inputs, track employee attendance and leaves, and administer benefits packages.
- Compliance & Policy: Update and implement HR policies while ensuring adherence to local labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Performance Management: Support annual or quarterly performance review cycles and identify employee training needs
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
